Freight Free

In order to qualify for free freight, your order must not be deemed a 'Bulky Item' and exceed $99 in total value. Free freight is 'Standard Post'. Examples of Bulky Items include, but not limited to: Bikes, Frames, Car Racks, Workstands and Wheelsets.

Delivery NZ Wide

Flat rate Standard Post is $9 Nationwide for orders not including Bulky Item
Flat rate Standard Post is $45 Nationwide for orders including Bulky Item

International Delivery

Please contact us for any international orders. Bulky Items are not possible. We will do our best to create a custom freight quote. Some product limitations may apply.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery of bikes only, we will include a 'driveway bike fit' at your place. 20km Radius to Queenstown. Contact us if outside of these restrictions, we will do our best to provide a solution.

 

Click & Collect

Feel free to order online and collect in-stock items at our local bike shop. Bikeaholic is located at 109A Gorge Road Queenstown. Please be aware some items are drop-shipped from suppliers and may take additional time to receive.

Order Processing

We endeavor to process and dispatch orders of in-stock items by end of the next business day after order placement. Be aware we use drop shipping and each supplier may see demands that could extend this time. Bikeaholic sells products from within store and supplier direct (dropship). Be aware that orders that comprise of multiple items may not be shipped in the one parcel.

Freight Info and Tracking

All orders delivered from Bikeaholic are delivered courtesy of Aramex Couriers. Track at www.aramex.co.nz. Dropship suppliers will use alternate freight companies and tracking will be provided.

Delivery Times Guide

Small items and satchels allow 3 business days.
Large and bulky items allow 5 business days.
Rural Deliveries allow 6 business days.
Local Deliveries allow 2 business days.

Delivery Restrictions

Dangerous Goods. Flammable items, Butane, Aerosols etc. Lithium batteries overseas. Click and Collect or Local Delivery are the best options.

Bike and Frame Freight

Collecting your new bike from our store is always the best option. We can physically set you up, suspension, ergonomics, and also educate you on your new bike. We realize this is not always an option. We are able to offer local delivery at no cost and will perform a 'driveway' set up by a qualified technician, ensuring your bike is perfectly dialed for you. Certain dealer agreements forbid Bikeaholic from shipping certain brands direct to you (See Restricted Freight). The brands we can ship, we discuss your options, preferences and complete a pro build and setup from the information you provide. We then do a basic disassemble to send directly to you.

Restricted Freight

Restricted freight requires Bikeaholic to send your new bike to a local bike store near you by prior arrangement.  We will arrange the build to happen and you will collect the bike from them when complete. If it is a model your dealer has on their floor, support local and buy it off them! But sometimes we may have the exact model and size you are after, and that is the ideal use for Restricted Freight.
